ALL RETURNS ARE ISSUED STORE CREDIT. WE WILL SEND YOU AN EMAIL WITH A VOUCHER VALID FOR THE TOTAL AMOUNT. YOU HAVE 1 YEAR SINCE THE DAY OF THE RETURN TO USED IT BEFORE EXPIRED.
DIAN RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DECLINE ANY RETURNS COMMUNICATED OR SENT OUTSIDE THE PERIOD OF 2 BUSINESS DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF THE ORDER OR GARMENTS THAT ARE NOT IN THE STATE MENTIONED ABOVE.
IN EXCHANGES OR RETURNS DUE TO PRODUCT DEFECTS, DIAN IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL EXPENSES GENERATED BY SHIPPING.
IN EXCHANGES OR RETURNS AT THE PERSONAL REQUEST OF THE CLIENT, THE CLIENT MUST ASSUME THE COST OF SHIPPING TO DIAN.
